The invention relates to an advanced harness stub for practicing sailing water sports, of the type that comprises a cord having at least one end connected to the wishbone, to the sail or to a wing by one or more fastening tabs or other means, the other end or the centre thereof being associated with the harness worn by the user, characterised in that said harness stub includes at least one integrated energy-absorption damping means (11, 17, 19, 20) for absorbing the irregular forces and stresses generated by the rigging or the board itself between the fastening tab(s) of the harness stub in the area where the traction is applied by the user in the opposite direction during the entire navigation time. |
