THE INHIBITOR ON THE BINDING OF DDR PROTEINS TO COLLAGENS COMPRISING AN ACTINOMYCIN D AS AN EFFECTIVE COMPOUND

DDR(Discoidin Domain Receptor) and collagen bonding inhibitors containing actinomycin D as active ingredients are provided to treat and prevent cancer, liver cirrhosis, rheumatoid disease or arteriosclerosis caused by excessive activities of DDR proteins. DDR(Discoidin Domain Receptor) and collagen bonding inhibitor contain actinomycin D represented by the formula 1 as active ingredients. The collagen represents DDR protein ligand of a first, second or third type collagen. A pharmaceutical composition for treating and preventing diseases related to excessive activities of the DDR proteins includes the actinomycin D and a pharmaceutically allowable carrier. The effective quantity of the actinomycin D can treat and prevent the diseases related to excessive activities of the DDR proteins for humans or animals.
