A kit for stomach cancer diagnosis is provided to confirm whether stomach cancer exists or not with only a blood sample, thereby diagnosing stomach cancer in an early stage. A substrate for stomach cancer diagnosis comprises: one to eight antibodies selected among anti-apolipoprotein A-II antibody, apolipoprotein B antibody, vitronectin antibody, apolipoprotein A-I antibody, lipocalin 2 antibody, perlecan antibody and somatomedin A antibody; and a solid support wherein antibodies are adhered. A kit for stomach cancer diagnosis includes a detection unit for detecting stomach cancer specific antigen coupled with antibodies of the substrate for stomach cancer diagnosis. The detection unit represents primary antibody-gold assembly.
