<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative energy conversion system based on a roof to regenerate energy. <P>SOLUTION: This roof based energy conversion system 10 is provided with a plurality of solar energy conversion tile assembled bodies. The solar energy conversion tile assembled body is selectively provided with a photovoltaic tile assembled body 100 for converting solar energy into electric energy and a thermal tile assembled body for converting solar energy into thermal energy. This energy conversion system 10 can incorporate a hydroelectric power generation system 200 for converting kinetic energy of rain water dropping from a roof structure 14 into electric energy and a wind power energy conversion system 300 for converting kinetic energy of moving air into electric energy.
