MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RAW FILM FOR RETARDATION FILM MADE OF POLYPROPYRENE RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a raw film for retardation film made of polypropyrene resin capable of obtaining a film having almost no orientation and having high transparency.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of raw film for retardation film made of polypropyrene resin comprises a process of cooling and solidifying a melt sheet molded by extruding molten polypropyrene resin at a temperature of 180°C to 300°C from a T die 12, by pressing the melt sheet between a cooling roll 16 having a surface temperature regulated to -5°C to 30°C and a touch roll 14 having a surface temperature regulated to 80°C to 150°C.
