<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an uncomfortable feeling to an waiting passenger on a floor with a landing call registered even if an elevator of any number is brought into a halt state by a power saving mode in the group management control of elevators. <P>SOLUTION: A power saving operation determination part 7 outputs a power saving operation command by determining that a demand is small when an average non-response time to landing calls in the past 10 min is not larger than 5 sec. When a power saving mode command is inputted, a halt elevator determination part 8 sets an elevator in a door closure waiting state in the respective elevators to an elevator to be halted. A landing call allocation control part 4 executes allocation control to prevent the elevator to be halted set by the halt elevator determination part 8 from being selected as an elevator allocated to a new landing call as much as possible.
