<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for species-specifically detecting Lactobacillus fructivorans by an LAMP (Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification) method. <P>SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide is obtained by targeting a nucleotide sequence encoding 16SrRNA of Lactobacillus fructivorans and being chemically synthesized so as to be complementary to a part of the nucleotide sequence.
