STAMP RALLY SYSTEM, STAMP RALLY MANAGEMENT DEVICE, STAMP ISSUE TERMINAL, STAMP RALLY PARTICIPATION TERMINAL AND STAMP RALLY EXECUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp rally system, a stamp rally management device, a stamp issue terminal, a stamp rally participation terminal and a stamp rally execution method for reducing processing quantity related with the reception of gift data in the case of electronically achieving a stamp rally.

SOLUTION: A participation terminal 30 is provided with a stamp issue requesting part 33 for requesting a stamp issue terminal to issue stamp data required for acquiring gift data by transmitting stamp sheet data as a cryptogram encrypted according to a threshold encryption system to the stamp issue terminal; and a decryption part 35 for decrypting the cryptogram into a plane text according to the threshold encryption system by using the plurality of stamp data acquired from the stamp issue terminal to acquire gift data.
