PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive easy-to-use portable blower which enables the selective performance of the suction operation for fallen leaves, refuse, etc. and the blast operation of blowing them together, which prevents a sub-handle from being a hindrance during the blast operation, and which can easily maintain an attitude of a main body portion during both the suction operation and the blast one. SOLUTION: An end, on the other side of an air blow out opening, of a handle arranged in the upper portion of a case for the portable blower is bent downward; and an end, on the side of the air blow out opening, of the sub-handle arranged almost in parallel with the handle in a lateral view below an engine in the lower portion of the case is bent upward.
