PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular parking assist system capable of turning and parking a vehicle into a narrow parking space under simple control. SOLUTION: The vehicular parking assist system sets desired turning angles corresponding to the rolling distances of four wheels such that a leading-side corner A of the vehicle on the side opposite to a turning direction moves along a straight line (line L1) passing through the leading-side corner A at an initial position and extending in the vehicle width direction and such that a trailing-side corner B of the vehicle on the side opposite to the turning direction moves along a straight line (line L2) passing through the trailing-side corner B at the initial position and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
