PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket capable ensuring strength while attaining suppression of generation of blow hole and light weight. SOLUTION: A reinforcement rib 24 is standingly provided on a bracket base 10 of the bracket 100R, and is formed at a position connecting an engine intermediate hole 16b and a front side rib 21. An extension direction of the reinforcement rib 24 is a direction that a first angle formed with an extension direction of the intermediate rib 23 becomes smaller than a second angle formed with a straight line for connecting an engine front side hole 14b and an engine rear side hole 15b. Thereby, since increase of a cross section area of the bracket 100R can be generated in a wide range along a vehicle body left/right direction, shearing strength of the bracket 100R can be efficiently enhanced.
