PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of surely transmitting an emergency earthquake prompt report. SOLUTION: A server 100 transmits the message of the disconnection of a circuit for informing terminals A and B of the emergency earthquake prompt report when there are terminals (such as the terminals A and B) during a call when receiving the emergency earthquake prompt report from a center 300.
