PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice communication terminal and a voice communication system capable of transmitting voice of a specific speaker and other voices reliably even when a transmission line of the limited number of channels is used. SOLUTION: The voice communication system comprises a plurality of voice communication terminals 1a to 1e, and a user 2 is seated therearound. Respective voice communication terminals 1 (1a to 1e) are connected via a communication cable and set to a voice communication terminal 1a of a master and voice communication terminals 1b to 1e of slaves. The respective voice communication terminals 1 store a specific sound signal to a dedicated channel of a sound signal block 3 comprising three dedicated channels and one common channel on the basis of a set method for allocating channels, synthesizes other sound signals to the common channel, and store them. In this case, when a signal level of the synthesized sound signal is a clip prevention threshold or larger, the signal level is attenuated by 6 dB and stored in the common channel.
