PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust a filter cut-off frequency with a large capacitance ratio, and to shorten the time required for automatic adjustment. SOLUTION: A register for correcting error and a filter cut-off frequency automatic adjusting circuit are provided for each feedback capacitance and non-feedback capacitance (ground capacitance) of a channel filter circuit. Thus, the filter cut-off frequency can be adjusted without enlarging the error caused by a capacitance difference between the feedback capacitance and non-feedback capacitance.
