PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption of a differential transmission circuit by connecting respective terminals of first and second resistors for a terminal in common to a current source. SOLUTION: In a receiving circuit, one ends of terminal resistors R21 and R22 are connected to emitters of sending-end transistors 11 and 12 of a transmission circuit 10 via lines 31 and 32 of a differential transmission line 3. In this case, the other ends of the terminal resistors R21 and R22 are commonly connected to the current course I21 and a capacitor C21, and the other end of the capacitor C21 is connected to a voltage terminal VG23.
