PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reproducing apparatus, a program and an image reproducing method, enabling a user to more simply view the contents of motion image data in a shorter time. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus has a configuration in which, upon accepting the selection of motion image data to be reproduced, a dividing section 42 acquires the motion image data subjected to accepted selection from a motion image data storage section 301, a division number accepting section 304 divides the acquired motion image data in time series by the accepted number of divisions, a display control section 306 divides a display area of the display means in response to the number of the plurality of divided motion image data, and a reproducing means 307 simultaneously reproduces the plurality of divided motion image data in each display area.
