PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board that partially includes internal optical paths and can at least either transmit or receive both an electric signal and a light signal. SOLUTION: The system is constituted such that an angular reflector is included on one of cladding layers, the light signal passing through an optical core 33 hits a reflecting surface where an angle of the angular reflector is formed, passes through an opening (including an opening composed of an optically translucent material in it) and is reflected, and for example, this is also directed to a second circuit board including at least one of the internal optical paths as its part.
