PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for performing concurrent execution control concerning the execution of software. SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a storage part 13 for storing category association information for associating software identification information with categories; a storage part 14 for storing two or more lock pattern information which associates concurrent execution information having propriety of simultaneous execution of a certain kind of software with another kind of software by each category of another software with concurrent execution idetification information for identifying the concurrent execution information; a storage part 15 for storing concurrent execution association information for associating the software identification information with the concurrent execution identification information; and an execution permission/rejection determining part 18 for rejecting the execution of the software to be determined when the concurrent execution is not permitted by the concurrent execution information corresponding to the running software in determination concerning the category of the software to be determined, and permitting the execution of the software to be determined when the concurrent execution is permitted.
