PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead console device capable of also using a body panel and a case when the overhead console device is used as a glove compartment device and when it is used as a conversation mirror device. SOLUTION: A front side lock device body mounting part 23 positioned at a front side of the vehicle than a support wall 32 of the case 30 and a rear side lock device body mounting part 24 positioned at a rear side of the vehicle than the support wall 32 of the case 30 are provided on an upper wall 21b of a recession part 21 of the body panel 20, a stopper 50 for restricting an opening angle of the case 30 relative to the body panel 20 is detachably provided on the case 30. Lock claw receiving parts 43 are provided on a vehicle front side surface and a vehicle rear side surface of the support wall 32 of the case 30, and a positioning mechanism 60 for determining a position in a vehicle longitudinal direction and a left/right direction of the lock device body 41 relative to the body panel 20 is provided on the upper wall 21b of the recession part 21 of the body panel 20 and the upper wall 41a of the lock device body 41.
