PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since a conventional transmission for a working vehicle is configured to input driving force from two continuously variable transmissions to planetary gear devices provided in right and left traveling drive shafts and apply a rotating speed difference between the both traveling drive shafts for turning, this causes a large loss of horsepower and requires various types of complicated cooperation structures to secure turning stability. SOLUTION: A single continuously variable transmission 30 capable of inputting branch power to a traveling system drive train 45 and a turning system drive train 46 is provided. The traveling system drive train 45 is provided with an auxiliary transmission 29, and the turning system drive train 46 is provided with side clutches 87L, 87R for transmitting/cutting off power with respect to internal gears 78, 79 and brakes 88 for braking output members 63, 64 of the side clutches 87L, 87R in the disengagement state of the side clutches 87L, 87R.
