A protection device for an exposed steel reinforcement in construction is provided to prevent the exposed steel reinforcement from being corroded. A protection device for an exposed steel reinforcement in construction comprises: an exposed steel reinforcement contact part which is composed of a cylinder member and in which a hollow part in which the exposed steel reinforcement is inserted is formed and which is made of transparent synthetic resin material; an exposed steel reinforcement protection part(200) covering the exposed steel reinforcement contact part; a protection container part(500) surrounding a plurality of exposed steel reinforcement protection parts; and a protection cover part(700) covering the protection container part and having a plurality of through holes exposing the upper part of the exposed steel reinforcement protection part.
