A manufacturing method of an endless wire saw is provided to prevent the wire saw from getting damaged while base material is cut. A manufacturing method of an endless wire saw comprises: a first step of loosening both end part(A,B) of the wire saw, and cutting out a first wire(10); a second step of cutting a second wire(20), a fourth wire(40) and a sixth wire(60) of the one-side end of the wire saw to be longer two times than the cut first wire; a third step of cutting a third wire(30), a fifth wire(50), and a seventh wire(70) of the other side end part of the wire saw to be longer two times than the cut first wire; a fourth step of tack-welding the first wire of both end part; a fifth step of reeling the second wire of the other side end part along the surface of the first wire; a sixth step of reeling the third wire of the one side end; a seventh step of reeling the fourth wire of the other side end part; an eighth step of reeling the fifth wire of the one-side end; a ninth step of reeling the sixth wire of the other side end part; and a tenth step of reeling the seventh wire of the one-side end.
