PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging processing system capable of preventing deterioration in S/N radio performance of signals to be handled by a sensor neighboring portion, even if a system operation noise occurs because of data output from the sensor neighboring portion to a digital signal processing portion or because of task processing of the digital signal processing portion. SOLUTION: The imaging processing system converts an analog charge signal to be output from a solid-state image pickup sensor 1 for executing photoelectric conversion of an optical image of a subject into digital data and performs image processing. The system includes: a sensor neighboring section A capable of outputting digital data at high speed during a blanking period deviated in time from the output timing of the sensor signal when the signal of the solid-state image pickup device is converted into digital data and the digital data are output; and a digital signal processing section B for permitting an internal operation during the blanking period for the input of the digital data and performing a minimum operation in a standby state during a period other than the period when the operation is permitted.
