摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce color irregularity caused when an observation direction is changed by suppressing variation in spectral distribution with respect to change in projection angle &theta; of projection light. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device includes a substrate, a semiconductor light emitting element die-bonded to the substrate and operative to emit primary light, and a wavelength conversion section which covers the semiconductor light emitting element and operative to absorb the primary light and emit secondary light.
