<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor capable of suppressing the vibration of a circuit substrate and reducing the number of components and manhours. <P>SOLUTION: In the circuit substrate 30, a plurality of through-holes 33 are formed outside a region where an FG coil pattern 32 is formed. In a mounting plate 20, fixing sections 22 are formed at positions corresponding to the through-holes 33. A first protrusion section 222a and a second protrusion section 222b are inserted into the through-holes 33, while a support section 223 formed in the fixed section 22 is in contact with the circuit substrate 30. In the first protrusion section 222a and the second protrusion section 222b, a region that protrudes over an upper side of the circuit substrate 30 is bent in the direction vertical to a rotational axis J1. In this case, the first protrusion section 222a and the second protrusion section 222b are bent in the opposite direction.
