<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand structure of a light emitting diode, having an enlarged heat dissipation area. <P>SOLUTION: The stand structure of the light emitting diode includes a main body, a first base piece and a second base piece. The main body includes a hollow chamber. The first base piece includes a first flat straight piece, a first leg and a second leg, and the first leg and the second leg each can be curved after being bored out to one side of the main body.
