PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily heat an aluminum pan without causing a floating phenomenon in an induction heating cooker.
SOLUTION: When heating the aluminum pan, a first non-contact relay 35 is turned on to supply a high frequency current to a series resonance circuit of a heating coil 8, a first resonance capacitor 34, and the resistance heating element 15 of a sheet heater. Since the resistance heating element 15 is included, the Q value of the series resonance circuit declines, and a resonance current thereby decreases. As a result, even if the frequency of the high frequency current flowing in the heating coil 8 is high, no such phenomenon that the aluminum pan floats up is produced. In addition, since a corresponding amount of decreased current flowing in the heating coil 8 is compensated with heating of the resistance heating element 15, shortage of an amount of heat applied to the aluminum pan can be prevented.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
|
