PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror sub-carrier demodulation circuit which is capable of surely demodulating receiving data from the other party of communication, even under noise or interferences from other devices, and receiving device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The mirror sub-carrier demodulation circuit includes a waveform generation unit 104 which generates a composite waveform of I and Q signals received, a peak detecting unit 105 which detects peak values of the composite waveform generated by the waveform generating unit 104; a peak interval detection unit 106 which detects the interval between the peak values detected by the peak detecting unit 105 and generates timing at which the received data should be inputted; a temporary storage unit 108, which stores I data and Q data with the timing generated by the peak interval detecting unit 106; a calculation unit 109 which performs a correlation calculation by using the I data and the Q data in the storage unit which are acquired during a 1-bit period, on the basis of a setting value M of a mirror sub-carrier; and a data determining unit 110 which determines data of 0 or 1 from the result calculated by the calculation unit 109.
