PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replaceably install a filter cartridge in a fluid passage, and to certainly prevent the passage disruption and liquid leaking caused by directly added external force. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first connecting part 36 connecting one of an inlet and an outlet 17A , 17B to a first dividing end part 7b-1, a second connecting part 47 connecting the other of the inlet and the outlet 17A, 17B to a second dividing end part 7b-2, and a base part 31 fixing these connecting parts 36, 47, and is constituted of such a structure that one of the connecting parts 36, 47 is provided with a movable coupling part 56 which can be advanced toward, or retreated from, the other to keep the inlet 17A or the outlet 17B connected with the cartridge through the movable coupling part 56. The filter cartridge 10 is made detachable by retreating the movable coupling part 56, and on the other hand the filter cartridge 10 is made fixable by advancing the movable coupling part 56.
