<p>Provided is an apparatus for automated surface treatment of a biochemical sensor capable of surface treating a chip, which is to be used as the biochemical sensor. The apparatus for surface treatment of a biochemical sensor has at least one treatment region, the treatment region including: at least one vessel for containing one specimen selected from chemical, biochemical, and biological materials, which are to be used for surface treatment on at least one surface of a chip, which is to used as a biochemical sensor; a chip loading means for loading the chip and having a size that can be inserted into the vessel for surface treatment of the chip; and a conveyance frame for alternately inserting the chip loading means into the at least one vessel containing the specimen, and movable along X-, Y-, and Z-axes, which are perpendicular to each other, for surface treatment of the chip, wherein a first coupling part, at which the chip loading means is detachably attached, is installed at a lower end of a Z-axis frame vertically movable along the Z-axis of the conveyance frame. Therefore, the automated apparatus is used for surface treatment of the sensor, without the conventional manual operation, to enable mass production of the sensor.</p> |
