A buffered spine screw is provided to relieve pain and stabilize a surgical operation region by absorbing impact through flowing property between a screw rod and a rod. A buffered spine screw comprises a screw(11) and a fixing nut(14) and a fixing ring(18) which are fixed in each pedicle which is vertically adjacent to the damaged part of a backbone. The fixing nut is connected in the inner side of a housing(16) and descends downward and presses a rod positioned in bottom. The fixing ring is inserted into the inner side of the housing and steadily supports the rod with the groove portion and is contacted to with an insert(21). A U-groove(13) longitudinally cut from the upper end to the lower part is equipped as a part holding a rod in the housing. In the inner wall surface of the housing, a screw part(15) is formed.
