<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system apparatus which can be more easily and pleasantly utilized for a user desiring a chance of expressing user's own personality and a chance of learning the personalities of other persons. <P>SOLUTION: The system apparatus enabling a user to show user's own personality to the general public through a network is developed. The system device is provided with a function or the like for proving a means which can measure and display a degree of match-mismatch of personality and enables users desiring communication to communicate with each other.
