<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate time information by eliminating errors in code judgment of each bit of a time code even in the case of degradation in reliability of the output of standard wave receiving means due to influences such as deterioration in receiving environment and noise. <P>SOLUTION: It is assumed, in each bit of a time code, that an actual probability 24 is a probability that is each code (0, 1 to n, marker) calculated by computation from an output waveform of receiving means 100 and a theoretical probability 25 is a statistical appearance probability of each code calculated in advance from definition of a time code for each bit. Computation and code judgment are performed by using these two probabilities. Further, the precision of code judgment is raised by adjusting the ratio between the two probabilities in accordance with stations, receiving environments, and the like. Furthermore, the probability of each code of subsequent bits are predicted based on the theoretical probability 25, the actual probability 24, and a result of judgment 28, and a receiving device is controlled by changing AGC, a level of AD conversion, and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
