<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical magnetic printing method which enables a display of a fine lineal drawing pattern to be formed in a printing layer clearly in a three-dimensional manner. <P>SOLUTION: The desired display is formed in the printing layer in a three-dimensional manner by printing on the printing side of a film-like or sheet-like matter to be printed with an ink comprising a polarizable magnetic pigment, while by arranging a magnet against the matter to be printed so that the magnetic pigment in the printing layer formed on the printing side of the matter to be printed can be oriented by the action of the magnet. When carrying out the above formation, a sheet-like magnet which is two-sided with two poles, the sheet-like magnet being structured by being attached so as to have an N pole on one side and an S pole on the other side is used as the magnet, and display patterns such as letters, figures, symbols or the like which are cut out of it are arranged so as to be positioned to oppose the matter to be printed, thereby making the display corresponding to the display pattern appear on the printing layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
