PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-package cyanate-epoxy resin composite composition which is excellent in storage stability and curability and develops high heat resistance when formed into a cured compound.

SOLUTION: The cyanate-epoxy composite resin composition comprises a cyanate ester resin (A), an epoxy resin (B), and a latent curing agent (C). The latent curing agent (C) is characterized in that it contains a modified polyamine (c1), a phenolic resin (c2), and at least one polycarboxylic acid (c3), and the modified polyamine (c1) is a modified polyamine having at least one active-hydrogen-containing amino group in the molecule and prepared by reacting a polyamine compound (c1-1) with an epoxy compound (c1-2).
