<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with presenting a dieter with a weight loss menu about meals and exercise wherein the menu presented could be difficult for the dieter to follow. <P>SOLUTION: Based on the past weight loss results of a dieter, weight loss effects indicating the rate of execution and the level of weight loss efficiency indicating the ease of following a weight loss menu about meals and exercise are calculated.
