PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of moderating or preventing an influence to an environmental temperature, and capable of exhibiting a desired vibration characteristic, an optical scanner, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: This actuator 1 of the present invention has a movable plate 21, a pair of support parts 22, 23 provided opposedly each other via the movable plate 21, a pair of connection parts 24, 25 for connecting the respective support parts 22, 23 to the movable plate 21. The connection part 24 has a shaft part 241 extended from the support part 22 toward a side opposite to the movable plate 21, and a turn-back part 242 formed to be turned back from a tip of the shaft part 241 toward the movable plate 21.
