PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems on conventional technology that air easily enters into an adhesive interface between an upper case 1 and a lower case 3 when mounted, the entering air remains as bubbles without coming out of the adhesive interface, and an adhesion area is reduced to cause the degradation of waterproofness and adhesion. SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure, adhesive applied surfaces 12 of one or both of the upper case 1 and the lower case 3 have slopes 13 so that the adhesive thickness of the center of each side is smaller, to produce effects of pushing air entering on the adhesive interface between the upper case 1 and the lower case 3 when mounted, toward angle portions 14 of the cases. At the same time, the angle portions 14 each have a groove 11 passing from the outer periphery to the inner periphery of the adhesive applied surface 12 to form a passage via which the air gathered in the angle portion 14 is released to the adhesive outside.
