PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight sunshade structure for a vehicle that allows right and left rails to be accurately arranged in parallel while having a small number of components. SOLUTION: A sunshade structure 200 for a vehicle is provided with a frame body comprising a first rail 111, a second rail 112 opposite to the first rail, a first roll shaft 121 for connecting one end of the first rail and one end of the second rail and a second roll shaft 122 for connecting the other end of the first rail and the other end of the second rail and having a square shape in plan view, a first rail bracket 131 provided on the side of a first rail 111, a second rail bracket 132 provided on the side of a second rail 112 and a roll sunshade 15 wound/unwound around/from the first roll shaft 121 and the second roll shaft 122.
