PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide header component compactifying a unit frame for mounting filter membrane modules by clustering a plurality of filter membrane modules provided side by side, and a filtration apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: In the header component 1 of the filter membrane modules 2 having main pipes 3 communicated with branched pipes 4 respectively connected to a plurality of filter membrane modules 2 provided side by side, end parts of the main pipes 3 of the adjacent header components 1 are mutually fittably connected, the axial direction of the branched pipes 4 crosses the axial direction of the main pipes 3, and the branched pipe 4 comprises a pair of the branched pipes 4, is disposed at a position displaced to one side from the cross section center line of the main pipe 3.
