PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-shaped cosmetic delivery container which makes it possible to obtain an excellent tactile. SOLUTION: The delivery container 10 includes a cylindrical body 12, a moving mechanism 14 and an operation body 16. The moving mechanism 14 is provided with an inner tray part 20 for arranging a stick-shaped cosmetic, a push-up part 22 for pushing up the inner tray part 20 and delivering the end of the stick-shaped cosmetic by being elevated, and an elevating mechanism part. A screwing part includes female threads 18b of a screw member 18 and male threads 22a of the push-up part 22 and the turning push-up part 22 is elevated. The delivery container 10 is provided with a ratchet mechanism operated by the turning of the operation body 16, and the ratchet mechanism has four each of ratchet teeth 38 and projections (pawls) 32.
