PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure for covering a reclining mechanism of a seat capable of preventing the formation of a clearance in a mating part between an outer cover and an inner cover, improving the external appearance and suppressing the rattling. SOLUTION: This cover structure includes the outer cover 9 covering the reclining mechanism 4 of a vehicle seat 1 from the outside, and the inner cover 10 covering the reclining mechanism 4 from the inside, wherein the edge of the outer cover 9 has an engagement piece 13 being engaged with an erecting piece 19 at the edge of the inner cover 10 while covering the edge of the inner cover 10 along with the upper-part edge 5a of a reclining bracket 5, or a component of the reclining mechanism 4, and the edge of the inner cover 10 has an abutment part 18 positioned close to the engagement piece 13 and abutting on a flange portion 9a at the edge of the outer cover 9.
