PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putout ball-counting device of a pachinko game machine which prevents pachinko balls which fall from a lower tray to a ball receiving part from bounding out from the ball receiving part by making the height of a wall erected on the ball receiving face in the ball receiving part arranged below the lower tray of the pachinko game machine substantially higher. SOLUTION: The invented device is equipped with a ball receiving part 2 arranged between a lower tray of a pachinko game machine and a top face of a counter, a ball collecting part link connected with a ball collecting part installed to a side of the pachinko machine and a ball guide part 3 which guides pachinko balls falling from the lower tray and received in the ball receiving part 2 to the collecting part link, a ball counting unit which counts the pachinko balls collected in the ball collecting part and an extension wall member 7 which extends upward from wall parts 25a, 25b erected from the ball receiving face 21 in the ball receiving part 2 in a state that it is detachably attached to the ball receiving part 2.
