PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving part for implement which facilitates operator's sitting on the operation and driving seat, after recognition by visual observation, and which can freely select the driving posture of the operator. SOLUTION: This driving part of the implement is provided by installing an arm rest 11 at the side lateral direction of the operation and driving seat 13, mounting and fixing a driving lever 17 at the front direction of the operation and driving seat 13, installing the operation and driving seat 13 as capable of freely changing its position by moving it forward and backward, and installing and fixing the arm rest 11 at a driving part frame 12 as not being capable of moving forward and backward. Between the arm rest 11 and driving lever 17, a wrist-supporting part 18 for supporting the wrist part of the operator operating the driving lever 17 is installed, and the wrist-supporting part 18 is mounted and fixed at a support frame 14B that supports the driving lever 17.
