A method for modifying the composition of plant matter, the method comprising, providing plant matter, contacting the plant matter with a supercritical fluid in ab extraction tank (1), separating the supercritical fluid from the plant matter thereby forming an extract and a raffinate, separating at least one compound of the extract by chromatography in a separation column (3); and reintroducing at least one compound to the raffinate. |
