Reproduction is performed as follows. When video containing the face center position coordinate detection data is reproduced, the ARI data in the GOP stream is read for a plenty of VOBU by a batch look-ahead in an RUV unit so that a screen motion amount is time-axis smoothed by interpolation of a missing time in a GOP unit and a time shift average calculation in a frame unit for the face center position coordinates.
