<p>A signal dependent on the signal of a corresponding vertical signal line is stored in each storage capacity (Ctd, Cts) and the stored signal is supplied to a predetermined horizontal signal line. The storage capacities (Ctd, Cts) are juxtaposed alternately and sequentially in the row direction. Each storage capacity (Ctd, Cts) has an electrode layer (21) serving as a signal electrode, an upper electrode layer (23) serving as a fixed potential electrode, and a lower electrode layer (28). The signal electrodes of the storage capacities (Ctd, Cts) are electrically independent from each other. The fixed potential electrodes of the storage capacities (Ctd, Cts) are interconnected electrically and connected to the ground. Contact holes (26a, 26b) connecting between the electrode layers (23, 28) are provided between the electrode layers (21) of adjoining storage capacities (Ctd, Cts) to spread over 52% or more of their facing region.</p> |
