A prefabricated interior and exterior material is provided to rapid and simply assembly as a support stand and a panel are installed by the simple assembly. A prefabricated interior and exterior material comprises: a fixed body(110) fixed to a wall(W) with a nail(N) at a regular interval; a circulation body(120) whose height is controlled according to the rotation of a fixed body while being connected; a fixing unit(100) consisting of a supporting body(130) supported in the circulation body; an insertion hole(201) in which a bonding projection part(132) of the supporting body is inserted, installed between the fixing unit and the fixing unit; a support stand(200) having a guide rail(203); and a panel(300) including a slide groove(301) sliding combined in the guide rail of the support stand, adamantly assembled between the support stand. |
