BEVERAGE EXTRACTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction device capable of providing high-quality beverage with extremely less residues while securing a favorable maintenance.

SOLUTION: This beverage extraction device is provided with: a drive unit 22 having a drive source 151; an extraction unit 21 detachably attached to the drive unit 22 and being driven by the drive source 151 to extract beverage; a paper holder 201 holding a continuous paper filter P for filtering the beverage and attached to the extraction unit 21; and a paper pull-out mechanism 160 being driven by the drive source 151 to pull out the paper filter P from the paper holder 201, sending it to the extraction unit 21 to move the used portion of the paper filter P used for the filtration of the beverage to the outside of the extraction unit 21 and moving an unused portion continued to the used portion of the paper filter P to the extraction unit 21.
