INTELLIGENT VIDEO INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video information storage and analysis device which has the flexibility to store video contents analysis algorithms for analyzing a video information database and video information in the video information database.

SOLUTION: A user can select one from among the analysis algorithms by operating a mouse. The video information in the database is analyzed by using the selected algorithm. The device records and displays a plurality of streams of the video information. The contents analysis algorithm may be downloaded from a distant location. The device carries out appropriate operations in response to the detected characteristics in the video stream. Video data compression is used in condition refresh of tile base. Some recording medium drive units are retained by a retention structure.
